Brian has taken a special interest in mold and how it impacts the lungs of the home, so much so that a large percentage of his client base specifically seeks out his company to get the answers they desperately need, making him a popular choice for creating a healthy home. He is data and research driven, and takes a forensic approach to his HVAC inspections, including looking at air balancing, duct system optimization, and more.

    In this expert interview, Brian shares what he sees in his industry and what some of the culprits are for HVAC failures, especially in new construction homes. In this episode you'll learn what the Manual J, Manual S, and Manual D are, and why they are so important to the health of your system and home, and how an improperly designed system can lead to mold growth.
