Why the name Malachi’s Message?
The foundation is named after one of the founder’s sons who passed from a terminal birth defect due to his mother’s toxic mold exposure.
The biblical meaning of the name Malachi is, “our angel and our messenger”.
“We chose the name Malachi to honor him as well as we saw it fitting because we hope this foundation can be the angel of assistance for the people our foundation serves as well as a message of hope that they are not alone and that they will recover, while also spreading awareness on how mold can devastate a person’s health and wealth.”
— Emily Rachal
Stories of HOPE Blog
The internet can be a wealth of information, but all too often, its a place filled with negative outcomes and not enough stories of success. Malachi’s Message was founded with the sole purpose of helping others on their mold journey so that no one would ever feel alone. For this reason, we have established the ‘Stories of HOPE Blog’ that will demonstrate and provide proof that there is always hope, healing IS possible, and that individuals and families can regain their health and build a new life after experiencing the challenges and often times, devastation, that occurs during and after exposure to toxic mold.
